My husband, Marvin Eugene Moore was born January 6, 1943, to John and Katherine (Jackson) Moore. Marvin passed away peacefully on October 1, 2021, with his wife, Eva by his side.
He went to Bird grade school. Washington Irving Junior High and North High. He was one of the top wrestlers at North. Marvin graduated from North High School with the class of 1961.
Memories growing up on 15th St., he had fun dancing and skating at the Willkie house. Swimming at Goods Park. He liked to sing old songs, watching old cowboy pictures, making apple pies and German Chocolate cakes.
Marvin’s mother was from Lexington, Missouri where he spent a lot of summers with his cousins he loved going there.
Marvin and Diane had a daughter Diana Lynn Logan. In 1965 Marvin and Junita moved to California and had three children: Larry, Rita, and Monica.
